Rules & scoring
Each correct-enough guess scores 100 minus two points per dollar of error, with a floor of zero, and an exact guess is worth a 200-point bonus. The price range runs from budget gadgets to luxury absurdities, so some rounds are about precision and others are about admitting you have no idea. Your total across five rounds lands on the daily leaderboard.
Tips to win
Anchor with the obvious: everyday items like toasters and kettles cluster in known ranges, while 'pro' gadgets rarely go cheap. Read the description for clues, 'handcrafted', 'titanium', and 'limited' all mean premium. When you have no idea, guess round numbers near the middle of the range; the scoring formula punishes wild swings more than small misses.
